Jamun is commonly known as Indian berry, black berry or black plum. It is a tropical fruit available during the summer season in India. Jamun has amazing health benefits as it is antibacterial, carminative, anti-scorbutic and diuretic properties.

For Diabetic Patients: Jamun and its benefits: Jamun does miracle on diabetic patient as it has anti- diabetic properties. Both Jamun fruit and leaves are good for diabetic patient.
